1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOURCE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SOURCE is a premium code registry platform that enables software developers to monetize their packages. The Service includes package hosting, payment processing, access control, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, malware, or security vulnerabilities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Share access tokens or credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass payment or access control mechanisms
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Digital goods are non-refundable once accessed
• Technical issues may qualify for a full refund within 7 days
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

6. Creator Terms

If you publish packages on SOURCE:

• You retain ownership of your code
• You grant SOURCE a license to host and distribute your packages
• You are responsible for ensuring your code doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights
• SOURCE takes a 15% platform fee on all sales
• Payouts are processed weekly for balances over $50

7. Intellectual Property

The SOURCE platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by SOURCE. User-generated content (packages, descriptions, etc.) remains the property of respective creators. Purchasing a package grants you a license to use the code according to its specified license terms, not ownership of the code.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOURCE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SOURCE in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your access to purchased packages will be revoked, though existing installations may continue to function.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
